How Do We Do It? Once you decide to list your home with us, we provide you with a customized book with photos of each room of your home that details specific things you can do to make each room appear bigger, look more updated and/or look more inviting and welcoming. We provide the book to you within 24 - 48 hours of listing your home. Many of our recommendations are free or very inexpensive. We also provide recommendations of handymen (painters, carpet installers, roofers, etc) with whom we have had success with in the past if your home needs any specialized attention prior to putting it for sale. We also provide *free* any home staging accessories from our expansive show room to accessorize your kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, even outdoor patios!
