Diane, a native of Columbus, joined her husband Jeff as a licensed Realtor in 1978 and they quickly became one of the first husband and wife real estate teams in Central Ohio in which both agents are members of the Columbus Board of Realtors $25 Million Club. High energy, intense focus, strong determination and aggressive, proactive marketing skills are the fundamentals to Diane's success. She strives to maintain the highest level of service to their clients and is proud of the fact that she has received the 100% customer satisfaction award annually as well. Diane is highly skilled in negotiating and prides herself in making their clients' transactions as stress-free as possible. Paula joined the Koontz Team in 2000, after being a Certified Public Accountant for 7 years.  Her strong financial background coupled with her incredible organizational skills and attention to detail has enabled her to deliver optimal results to all of the buyers and sellers she represents. Like her parents, Paula has received the 100% customer satisfaction award annually. Lindsey has been a licensed Realtor since 2004. Lindsey recently joined the Koontz Team in 2010 as their Licensed Professional Assistant and Transaction Coordinator with respect to their buyers and sellers. She assists with internet and print marketing, provides showing feedback, organizes open houses and most important provides outstanding client care. Lindsey also handles all of the details once a home is under contract including inspections, loan commitment and attention to detail to facilitate a smooth closing.
